Change of Campus Form
If you wish to change from one campus to another at Holmes Institute you can do so by completing the change of campus form prior to start of a new study period.
Please note:
- Not all courses are offered in each campus, you should review the courses knowledge base to determined if your new campus offers your desired course.

Eligibility
Students with outstanding fees from a previous study period would need to clear the outstanding fees before a change of campus could be assessed.
Fees
The fee for changing your campus is $330.After you apply
Once the form has been completed, our admission team will assist your request and contact you with a new offer letter for the next possible intake of your new campus.
Please note:
- A request for a campus change is not automatic, our admissions team will advise you should your request not be possible.
