Holmes Institute offers payment plans each study period
Holmes Institute understands the importance of offering flexibility in regards to fee obligations, as such, we do offer payment plans each study period, with a common payment due date for all students.
Payment Plan Fees
There is a small administrative charge to nominate to pay your fees via our payment plan of $250. Each study period, if you wish to take advantage of our flexible payment plan option, you simply need to make payment of 2 units + the administrative charge of $250. The balance of your remaining subjects will be due in week 7 of the normal study period, we will send you reminders prior to the due date.
What happens if I miss a payment?
You should be aware, if you miss the payment due date, for any reason, you will incur the late payment charge.
Terms and conditions of a payment plan
- Students need to undertake a full-time study load for each study period – this ordinarily means 4 units of study.
- Students who fails to make full payment of all units prior to enrolment (Option 1) will be deemed as having accepted the terms and conditions of the payment plan (Option 2) and will be liable for the $250 payment plan fee and any other associated fees.

- Current students must clear all outstanding balance from previous trimesters prior to being able to access the payment plan.
- Students with outstanding fees after 8 May 2024 will be charged a $350 late payment fee. The late payment fee does not grant a fee extension.
