How can I pay my fees?

Students can make payments via Direct Credit or Credit Card

Students can make payment via 2 methods:

  1. Direct Credit
    1. Your Offer Letter will show the account details for you to make a direct payment to Holmes Institute.
    2. When submitting a payment, to ensure your fee is credited to your enrolment, please ensure you include your student ID as a reference.
    3. Once payment has been submitted, please send a copy of the payment evidence to – Deposits@holmes.edu.au – please remember to note your student ID number so our team can ensure the payment is credited to your account.
    4. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for a payment to be credited to your enrolment, and remember, without your Student ID as a reference, our team will not be able to identify your payment.
  2. Credit Card
    1. Students wishing to make a payment via credit card can do so via our online payment gateway – Pay Now

    3. Follow the prompts to enter your details.
    4. We can accept payment via VISA and MasterCard
    5. There is a 1% surcharge on all credit card payments
    6. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for a payment to be credited to your enrolment.
    7. Once payment has been submitted, please check on Luna after 4 days to confirm your payment has been credited – you can check this by clicking on the fees tab from the top left hand side menu.
