Successful refund
Should your refund request be successful, payment will be made within 14 business days to the account you have nominated. Note, should you fail to nominate an account, no additional action will occur until such time as your account details have been received.
Unsuccessful refund
Should an attempt to pay you a refund fail due to incorrect or incomplete account information, we will contact you to advise you of this, any charges incurred by the failed payment attempt will be deducted the original refund amount.
