The Holmes Institute refund policies note the timeframes for an outcome to be provided to you, once you have submitted your request, the refund department will contact you to confirm your request has been received and the maximum timeframe required for an outcome to be communicated to you, should your refund request be successful, payment will be made within 14 business days to the account you have nominated.
