      I have forgotten my Luna password

      If you have accidentally forgotten your Luna password, simply go to the Luna home screen and click on the forgot password link

      You will be required to enter your Holmes Student ID number and your date of birth, once done, a new Luna password will be sent to your Holmes webmail account.
