      I have forgotten my Luna password

      If you have accidentally forgotten your Luna password, follow these steps:

      1. Go to the Luna home screen 
      2. Click on the 'forgot password' link
      3. You will be required to enter your Holmes Student ID number and your date of birth
      4. A new Luna password will be sent to your Holmes webmail account
