Change of Course Form
If you wish to change from one course (degree) to another at Holmes Institute you can do so by completing the Change of Course Form prior to the semester start date.

Eligibility
Students with outstanding fees from a previous study period would need to clear the outstanding fees before a change of campus could be assessed.
After you apply
Once the form has been completed, our admission team will assist your request and contact you with a new offer letter for the next possible intake of your new course.

- A request for a course change is not automatic, our admissions team will advise you should your request not be possible.
